bio=Dr. Muhammad Rehman is a governance and public policy scholar whose work bridges academic research with real-world policy impact. He holds a PhD in Governance and Public Policy from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, where his doctoral research dissertation on Public-Private Partnerships in Pakistan's power generation sector. His M.Phil in Government and Public Policy from the National Defence University and an MSc in Governance and Organizational Sciences.\n\nSince 2018, Dr. Rehman has served as Lecturer at the Foundation University School of Science and Technology (FUSST), teaching courses spanning National & International Affairs, Political Thought, International Relations, Foreign Policy, Energy Policy, and Governance Ethics. He has supervised numerous undergraduate theses on contemporary issues at the intersection of media, technology, and public life. \n\nHis research has appeared in more than a dozen HEC-recognized journals, covering topics from energy governance and constituency politics to media's role in policymaking and national security. Beyond academia, he brings over a decade of field experience in monitoring, evaluation, and strategic planning, having worked with organizations such as CHEF International, Islamic Relief, Caritas Pakistan, and Mercy Corps on projects addressing disaster response, water and sanitation, and community development.\n\nDr. Rehman is the Founder of Global Policies Analysis, a platform dedicated to advancing informed discourse on governance, public policy, and international affairs. A former national-level Karate competitor and Black Belt (1st Dan), he brings the same discipline and rigor to his scholarship as he did to competitive sport.
